Hannah Mobley has lived in Carrollton, Texas her whole life and will be a Senior at Hebron High School this year. This will be her first year assisting on the 11 Elite Green team and is super excited for what's in store. She's been playing volleyball since the 3rd grade, and played on her first club team in the 7th grade at Dallas Force. She continued to play, and went to Victory her 14s year to play for Steve Hutchesen, and her 15s year to play for Kayla Parker. For her 16s year, she played at KVA and decided not to play club her 17s year and focus on school instead.
During Hannah's 15s year, she tore her ACL during the second tournament of the season. Hannah refused to let this injury stop her. She went to every practice and tournament after her surgery to cheer her team on. She was lucky to have all the love, hope and support given to her by her family, friends/teammates and the coaching staff at Victory. At the end of the year, she was awarded the Taylor Storch Award for her tenacity in the face of adversity and always looking to make her situation a positive one for those around her that season.
She plans to give back to Victory by helping girls learn about the game Hannah loves by supporting and helping them with any goals their heart desires because she believes that all it takes is a little bit of love and hope. She is thankful for the opportunity that has been given and ready for the season to begin!
"Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's evil schemes... Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all of this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all flaming arrows of the evil one."
- Ephesians 6:11, 14-16
